Music City Yoga Festival Home
The Music City Yoga Festival, MCYF, is the largest celebration of yoga, fitness, and wellness in Nashville. Additionally, MCYF is Small World Yoga’s largest fundraiser of the year. The event supports Small World Yoga’s outreach throughout Middle, TN, as well as Africa Yoga Project, an international non-profit using yoga as a tool to change lives in Kenya.

The Music City Yoga Festival brings together the region's top yoga and fitness experts for a day-long event dedicated to wellness, community, and gratitude. Attendees get a chance to enjoy a robust lineup of yoga and fitness classes, educational workshops and seminars, shopping at our Marketplace, and delicious food from some of Nashville's most beloved food trucks.

The 2020 MCYF proceeds will support SMALL WORLD YOGA, a Nashville non-profit with a mission to connect people and create community by increasing access to yoga. Currently, SWY's growing team of 140+ instructors serve 2,000+ children, women and men at 100+ Nashville-area locations! Classes vary from summer and after-school youth programs, to all-ages public library sessions, to recovery groups for adults and seniors. Since 2014, SWY has reached thousands of participants, sharing the enjoyment and benefit of yoga to our diverse Nashville community.
